At the October 23, 2019 Benefit Luncheon of Lawyers for the Creative Arts held at Chicago’s Palmer House, Leading Lawyers recognized the top 5% Creative Arts lawyers in the State of Illinois.  The Leading Lawyers designations of attorneys and their respective firms appeared in the luncheon’s program booklet as lawyers recommended by their peers as the TOP LAWYERS in Illinois in specific categories of creative arts representation. Phillip J. On August 9, 2022, SFBBG attorneys, Phil Zisook and Bill Klein, prevailed in an Illinois Appellate Court case where our clients were sued concerning a failed real estate transaction. The proposed transaction involved the transfer of three parcels of real estate consisting of a golf course in Michigan, a Chicago office building, and a River North condominium.
