SFBBG Attorneys Appear Before Yorkville City Council Over Property Concerns of Client

On July 23, SFBBG Attorneys Monica Shamass and Marc Pawlus appeared before the Yorkville City Council to voice concerns over the annexation and rezoning of farmland directly adjacent to our client’s property.

Following their arguments, the mayor decided that rather than moving forward immediately, more hearings would be necessary before the City Council could make any decision on the proposed annexation. On behalf of the firm’s clients, Monica and Marc will continue their efforts to help steer this municipal project in a thoughtful direction.
