Tedd is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department and offers an array of experience as the day-to-day lead litigator on all manner of complex commercial litigation. He uses his practical experience in diverse areas of law to help craft creative and efficient solutions to the challenges facing the Firm’s clients.

Area of Legal Concentration
Tedd handles most types of commercial disputes and litigation and serves as legal counsel for a wide variety of clients, including technology companies, retail/eCommerce companies, financial services companies, and product manufacturers. He has successfully represented clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration settings involving a wide array of claims, including contract and royalty disputes, earn-out disputes, fraud, tax claims, patent infringement, and regulatory issues.
Another component of Tedd’s experience and practice is providing general counseling and advice to support the business needs of clients. In particular, he has provided analysis and support to investment management firms regarding mass tort litigation in the United States, including potential impacts following significant litigation developments. He also has offered extensive counseling to clients regarding expected business operational impacts of, and compliance with, COVID-19 regulations nationwide.
Tedd also is a member of the Auxiliary Board of Gardeneers, a not-for-profit dedicated to cultivating school garden programs to support students in food insecure communities in Chicago.
